Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Account Executive to join the team at Action Manufacturing (Electric Utility Equipment Industry).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing external sales representatives, and pricing Request for Quotes (RFQs) as needed. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage and support external sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Price RFQs and provide accurate and competitive quotes to clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development
- strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
