Job Summary:
The Room Attendant is responsible for the daily cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to support Red Mountain Resort’s wellness-focused mission.

Onsite: Red Mountain ResortShift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-TimePay Rate: $16.50 – $18/hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities
- Change bed linens and make beds to resort standards
- Replace used towels and restock guest amenities such as toiletries, water, and bath products
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, tubs, and mirrors
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and surfaces
- Ensure all assigned guest rooms and villas are clean, tidy, and stocked by the end of each shift
- Clean public areas such as hallways, entryways, and storage closets
- Report any maintenance or technical issues promptly to the housekeeping supervisor
- Follow resort safety and security guidelines, including proper handling of guest belongings and key control
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a guest-first attitude
- Notify leadership of any lost and found items
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned and assist other housekeeping team members as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper, or similar role in hospitality is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently while meeting performance standards
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak occupancy periods
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 30 lbs, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and a positive attitude
- Utah Drivers License with acceptable diving record
Salary : $17 - $18
