About the Role:
At Red Mountain Wholesale, we’re known for delivering more than just fresh flowers—we deliver trust, consistency, and great service to our florist and retail partners. We’re looking for a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team and take ownership of our Logan/Ogden route.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, takes pride in doing a job well, and values being part of a team that supports each other. You'll work independently most of the day, but you’ll also be part of a tight-knit crew that keeps things running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver fresh floral products to customers across Logan, Ogden, and surrounding areas
- On Thursdays, assist with local deliveries and warehouse duties
- Start early and typically finish your day by mid-afternoon
- Load and unload floral products (up to 50 lbs) with accuracy and care
- Follow pre-planned routes and schedules—we run on reliability
- Offer helpful, friendly service to each customer—you’re the face of Red Mountain on your route
- Keep your vehicle clean, organized, and in excellent condition
Schedule:
- Monday: 4:00 AM – until finished (~2:00 PM)
- Tuesday: Off
- Wednesday: 4:00 AM – until finished (~2:00 PM)
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (local deliveries/warehouse help)
- Friday: 4:00 AM – until finished (~2:00 PM)
- One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Must be available for longer shifts during peak floral holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a DOT medical exam (vision, hearing, drug screening)
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Friendly, professional demeanor—you enjoy interacting with customers
- Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a team
- Minimum 1-year commitment preferred
