Red Mountain is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and independent Delivery Driver who values systems and structure. This position is for our Local Deliveries serving areas from Lehi down to Santaquin.
Schedule is as follows:
Monday 7:30am-Finish (around 4:30pm)
Tuesday-Friday 9:00am-Finish (around 4:30pm)
Must be available to work at least one Saturday a month (typically 8:00am-2:00pm)
Compensation: Starting at $16.00/hr with opportunities for pay increases after completing training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport products to customer locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Load and unload products (up to 40 lbs) into delivery vehicles and customer locations.
- Follow established delivery routes and schedules, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Provide friendly customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Accurately complete delivery paperwork or digital records as required.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 1-year.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured systems.
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying boxes up to 40 lbs.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
