We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our Inventory & Floral Care Team.
This position plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our floral operations and includes a variety of essential tasks that directly contribute to the upkeep of our coolers and support our processing/receiving team.

- Cooler Maintenance: Ensure the floral coolers are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Water Management: Ensure all buckets contain the correct amount of fresh, clean water to maintain the quality of the flowers.
- Product Handling: Pull down boxes containing floral products that need to be cut and thoroughly inspect flowers for any signs of poor quality or damage.
- Quality Control: Sort through floral products to identify and remove any that are subpar.
- Inventory Management: Consolidate buckets and ensure products are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Label Checking: Verify that all product labels are accurate and match the corresponding inventory.
- Team Support: Assist the processing team with cutting, processing, and receiving floral products as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Must be comfortable working in a cooler environment, where temperatures can be cold and you may occasionally get wet while handling floral products.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina for handling and moving floral products.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
- Must be able to work Sundays—this is a requirement.

Schedule:
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – finish (typically around 6:00 PM)
- Monday: Off
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: Once a month
- Must be available to work longer shifts during busy floral holidays (i.e. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Christmas)

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
