**Position Overview:**

As a Leasing Agent at Red Oak Enterprises, you will play a vital role in showcasing our rental properties to prospective tenants. You will be responsible for ensuring that properties are presented in the best light, addressing tenant inquiries, and assisting in the leasing process. **Key Responsibilities:**

**1. Conduct Property Showings:**

- Showcase rental properties to prospective tenants in person.

- Greet and engage with visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.

- Present properties and amenities positively.

- Provide accurate information about available units.

**2. Communication and Follow-Up:**

- Follow up with prospective tenants before and after scheduled showings.

- Confirm appointments and gather feedback.

- Maintain communication protocols through company-approved channels.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Professional and presentable appearance.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to work on the weekends.

- Active Real Estate License

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Property leasing: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Real Estate License (Required)
