Snow Plow Driver

Red Oak Landscaping is looking for highly reliable individuals to join our snow removal team. This is a strictly on-call position. Work is provided only when there is snowfall. We offer competitive pay.

Important Note: Snow removal requires a timely response during snow events, which sometimes includes working during very early AM hours. There are no fixed hours, and you will be contacted when snow events occur. This is not a regular, scheduled job. You must be able to respond during storm events.

Compensation: $30.00 per hour for both Snow Plow Drivers.

Snow Plow Drivers:

• Requirements:
• Valid driver's license in good standing (no DUIs or excessive moving violations).
• Experience operating snow plows is highly preferred.
• Must be available on-call and able to work any hour of the day or night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays, during snow events.
• Responsibilities:
• Safely and efficiently operate snow plow trucks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• May also be required to perform snow shoveling or operate a snow blower as needed.

Snow Shovelers/Snow Blower Operators:

• Requirements:
• Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions.
• Experience operating snow blowers is a plus.
• A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
• Must be available on-call and able to work any hour of the day or night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays, during snow events.
• Responsibilities:
• Remove snow from sidewalks, walkways, and other designated areas.
• Operate snow blowers as needed.
• Maintain clear and safe pathways for pedestrians.
