Job Overview

Tasks
· Parking enforcement (towing and/or issuing warning citations).
· Making regular foot patrols of the sites.
· Scanning NFC tags.
· Writing security and maintenance incident reports.
· Proactive about moving unwanted activities from site.
· Enforcing site rules (e.g., no smoking, no riding bikes or skateboards, no loitering).
Qualifications
· Have effective written and oral communication across all levels of the organization and externally.
· Be highly dependable.
· Work independently.
· Pay close attention to detail.
· Stay calm & professional in difficult situations.
· Take initiative.
