We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Analyst to join our team at Red Oak Sourcing. As a Contract Analyst, you will support contract-related activities and data validation, focusing on contract maintenance and validation, data entry, auditing, and data reconciliations.
This is a hybrid role that requires onsite presence in our Foxboro, MA location and remote work. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preparing, validating, executing, and retaining contracts, as well as performing related reporting tasks
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to load and monitor contracts
- Maintaining contracts within our custom applications and Microsoft Azure Data Platform
- Coordinating contract and formulary management between Cardinal Health and CVS Health
- Administering content management system (Contract Logix) as a Super User/System Administrator
- Reporting system issues to our third-party consulting partner
- Managing Data Validation SOPs and communicating changes as necessary
- Reconciling data feeds from Cardinal Health and CVS Health
- Analyzing and resolving issues with reconciliations
- Working with IT to ensure daily data feeds are loaded and validated
