What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sourcing Specialist position at Red Oak Sourcing?
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst to join our team at Red Oak Sourcing. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting contract-related activities and data validation, with a focus on contract maintenance and validation, data entry, auditing, and data reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. This is a hybrid role that requires onsite presence in our Foxboro, MA location and remote work.
- Executing contractual activities including contract preparation, validation, contract execution, audits, document retention, and related reporting
- Collaborating with internal and external business partners to process and monitor the loading of contracts
- Maintaining contracts within our internal custom applications and Microsoft Azure Data Platform
- Ensuring alignment and coordination between Cardinal Health and CVS Health
- Super User/System Administrator of content management system (Contract Logix)
- Reporting system issues to our third-party consulting partner
- Managing Data Validation SOPs and communicating changes as applicable
- Reconciling data feeds coming from Cardinal Health and CVS Health
- Troubleshooting issues with reconciliations and determining steps for resolution
- Working closely with IT to ensure daily data feeds are loaded and validated
