Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience in technical documentation, business process mapping, and metrics reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating and validating data, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment with company strategy while supporting both short-term and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply analytical skills and critical thinking to evaluate and validate data and requirements obtained from multiple sources.
- Identify and expose new areas for requirement elicitation to enhance system and business processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed, metrics-driven skill set dashboards to inform various audiences, from staff-level employees to senior leadership.
- Provide clear direction to teams by ensuring focus and alignment with company strategy and goals.
- Facilitate and create functional designs, system mapping, wireframes, requirement specifications, and prototypes to support development and implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across FinTech and business systems to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
- Support Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Document and improve business processes, ensuring streamlined workflows and optimal efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in business systems analysis and requirements gathering.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, business process mapping, and FinTech solutions.
- Hands-on experience in metrics reporting and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in FinTech environments.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools for dashboard and metrics reporting.
- Background in system design and prototyping
