Red Orange Insurance Agency is seeking an Outbound Auto & Home Insurance Sales Producer to join one of the top-performing teams in the country! We are building a team in our Farmington location. You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance. We are a high pace environment with no time for cold calling.
We are looking for self-driven individuals who are ''A'' players and want to make a great living! Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. Experience in the industry is not necessary. Our training and resources are top-notch and if you have what it takes, we will take care of getting you up to speed. Your main goal will always be to put the prospect's best interest first in order to properly protect them.

Responsibilities
Train daily to perfect your craft
Ensure all Clients and Prospects have an amazing experience!
Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
Take Live Transfers of prospects looking to buy new insurance policies.
Ensure that our Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
Responsible for accurate underwriting.
Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
Requirements
Prior Sales Experience Required
Prior Customer Service Experience a Plus!
Ability to pass a background check
Valid Drivers License
- Must have or the ability to obtain an Arkansas Insurance License
