What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience (CX) Consultant position at Red Pepper Software?
Red Pepper Software is looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Consultant with a minimum 10 years' experience in Customer Experience program management to join our advisory team . The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills, who can build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. As a CX Consultant , you will be responsible for advising clients on CX program design & optimization, preparing and presenting Executive Summary Presentations, conducting workshops, advising on CX governance and working with the Implementation Team to carry out the outlined strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Help clients design and / or optimize their Customer Experience programs
- Build / optimize CX survey instruments
- Prepare and present Executive Summaries
- Lead workshops (action planning, journey mapping, etc.)
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during Advisory Projects and manage projects to completion.
- Participation in sales calls as a subject matter expert
- Understand the nature of each client's business and customize the ir Customer Experience programs accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify and grow opportunities
