DAV/Red Racks, locally owned and operated by Disabled American Veterans, is looking for individuals interested in advancing their retail management career in the Springfield MO. area. Selected Assistant Managers In Training will receive specific training and development to prepare them for Store Assistant Manager opportunities in the company.
Qualified Assistant Manager in Training candidates have a minimum of two years experience in retail. Previous experience in supervision and training are strongly preferred. Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills are a must.
