What are the responsibilities and job description for the Additive Mix Operator position at Red River Brick?
As an additive mix operator you must be able to:
- Lift bags weighing 50 lbs. to 100 lbs.
- Operate a forklift and skid steer (on the job training is available)
- Work independently without supervision to accomplish tasks
- Pay attention to detail on the quality of the product and desire to consistently produce good quality.
- Work diligently to prepare all dry and liquid coatings for changeovers
- Basic math required
- Perform hourly color checks or as needed
- Work with peers in a team environment
- Desire for the safety of yourself and your peers
- Report unsafe actions, injuries, and equipment issues to supervisor
