JOB TITLE: Maintenance Electrician

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for trouble shooting and repair of any electrical systems plant wide.
- Maintaining and up-grading current electrical prints in addition to keeping current secure copies of all PLC programs, both in the electrical shop and main office.
- Maintain the inventory and supply of electrical parts in stock.
- Mechanical repairs; fabricating;
- Create designing of any electrical control systems as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area on a continuous basis.
- Able to take on additional assignments when needed.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or GED
- Post high school technical training or equivalent preferred
- Electrical and PLC
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Five (5) years experience desired
- Working knowledge of PLC’s preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and PLC controlled equipment and various types of automated manufacturing equipment.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally (customers)
- Ability to learn full plant operations in a reasonable length of time and follow detailed instructions.
- Excellent attendance required.
- Ability to work well with others.
