Job Summary
Red River Brick is seeking a Maintenance Tech/Millwright to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work effectively in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment in accordance with specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Utilize tools such as voltmeters and scissor lifts to perform repairs and installations safely.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to analyze equipment performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, particularly when working with high voltage systems.
- Applicants should demonstrate a working knowledge of: General Fabrication/Welding, General Electrical, Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
- Ability to operate a forklift, hoist and aerial lifts.
Skills
- Proficiency in using various tools including voltmeters and scissor lifts.
- Strong understanding of high voltage systems and industrial electrical work.
- Experience in service operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to analyze mechanical problems effectively and devise appropriate solutions.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Familiarity with electronic components commonly found in industrial machinery such as VFDs, contactors and relays.
- Familiarity with high voltage three phase electric motors.
- Working knowledge of conveyer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

Pay: $35.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
