Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the packaging process, ensuring that products are assembled and packaged according to industry standards. This position requires some mechanical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in an industrial environment while adhering to industry standards.

Duties

• Operate packaging machinery and equipment efficiently, including hand tools.
• Packaging products accurately, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
• Fabricate packaging materials as needed to accommodate various product specifications.
• Maintain compliance with ASTM standards throughout the packaging process.
• Conduct routine inspections of packaged goods to ensure quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline packaging operations and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise during the packaging process.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Ability to assemble products using hand tools and other equipment effectively.
• Experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance in packaging processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
