Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple branch locations, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company policies.
- Coach, train, and develop branch managers and their teams to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including delinquency rates, loan volume, and customer service metrics.
- Implement strategies to improve financial results and drive business growth.
- Conduct regular branch visits to ensure policies, procedures, and best practices are followed.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance management of branch employees.
- Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive, customer-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in financial services, lending, or a related field, with multi-location management experience preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, train, and manage teams effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Travel: Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
