Our team is looking for a Maintenance Technician and motivated candidate with at least two years of multi-family experience, preferably lease-up experience. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service and work in a fast-paced professional setting. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills to represent our company.
Qualified candidates must be professional and friendly. The maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining the community's physical integrity. This involves ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities of the maintenance technician include but not limited to; general repairs to the homes/ common areas of the buildings and grounds, vacant apartment preparation, trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, application software for work orders, accepting deliveries and moving furniture and/or appliances.
```Duties```
-Address resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
-Communicates with residents on any pending items or the status of service requests to ensure satisfaction.
-Keep physical property throughout the community and immediately correct unsafe conditions.
-Maintain amenities.
-Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, service request, make-ready status, work in progress, etc.
-Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed on schedule.
-Rakes, sweeps, shovels, and salts property grounds as circumstances warrant.
-On-Call
-Grounds pickup and snow renewal (when needed)
-Assist Lead Maintenance as needed
-Other duties as assigned.
