About the Role :
We are seeking a Medical Assistant - Scribe to join the team at Red River ENT, working directly with Dr. Wold and Shannon Knight, NP. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading healthcare provider in the Alexandria, LA area.
Responsibilities :
- Assist provider with patient examinations and procedures
- Document patient encounters and medical histories in electronic health records
- Coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records
