Seeking a dependable Full-Time Lead Direct Support Professional to teach and assist people with disabilities to be independent in their daily activities.
Applicant must:
- Be dependable, reliable and willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings
- Demonstrate ability to approach challenging situations with a calm approach
- Provide different levels of support to people with disabilities to meet their needs
- Provide training and oversight to other DSP’s
- Attend team meetings and appointments as needed
- Be willing to assist with personal cares
- Be a licensed driver and eligible to drive under RRHSF driving policy
- Assist Residential Coordinator with administrative duties, including; Medication record audits, financial audits, data audits, and preparation of house menu and grocery list
- Pass medications and assist with medication training of other staff

E/O Friday 4p-10p

Schedule will include office hours for data audits, team meetings, and appointments.
$18.50/hour starting wage!
