We are looking to add to our team and are searching for Arkansas licensed pharmacists.
Home Infusion / Long-Term Care Weekend and After-Hours Pharmacist (Full-Time)
Work full-time (36-40 hours) Saturday, Sunday, Monday in the home infusion pharmacy and long-term care pharmacy. This position requires a candidate that can maintain a high level of productivity in an environment with limited oversight.
Home Infusion / Long-Term Care Staff Pharmacist (Full-Time)
Work full-time (40 hours) Monday through Friday in the home infusion pharmacy and long-term care pharmacy. Due to the nature of the services and care that we provide, all staff pharmacists employed with Red River Pharmacy are expected to be on-call during the time set forth in the schedule.
The ideal candidate is a pharmacist with:
- Clinical experience and experience in aseptic manipulation
- Long-term care and/or retail pharmacy experience.
- Willing and eager to learn
- Ability to recognize workflow needs
- Team player willing to collaborate with colleagues and other health care professionals
- Drive to provide a level of unmatched patient care.

Red River Pharmacy was founded in 1997 in Texarkana, TX as a nuclear pharmacy, servicing healthcare facilities in the Texarkana area. Over the last 20 years, Red River Pharmacy has expanded to 4 locations across Arkansas and Texas consisting of 9 pharmacies total with services consisting of home infusion, long-term care, non-sterile compounding / hospice, and nuclear. Red River Pharmacy is made up of over 200 dedicated employees, including over 24 staff pharmacists. Although Red River Pharmacy now spans across two states and 4 total locations, we pride ourselves on the close-knit, independent environment that we have created and maintained over the last two decades.
