LTC Intake Coordinator
Seeking an Intake Coordinator at our Long-Term Care Pharmacy in Texarkana, TX. Full-time position, M-F 8-5.
Red River LTC is a closed-door pharmacy servicing patients residing in long-term care and senior living settings. We are a non-retail pharmacy environment with a focus on providing excellent service to our patients. We offer a variety of pharmacy services including infusions and compounding.
Duties:
Intake Coordinator will be responsible to onboarding our newly admitted patients across our pharmacies. This will include calling the families or responsible parties of these patients to introduce us to them and to procure any missing demographics such as insurance information and mailing address. This position is responsible for sending out our Welcome Packets and answering basic questions regarding long-term care facilities. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education:
1 year of pharmacy related experience preferred, but not required.
1-2 years’ experience cold calling patients and their families preferred.
