Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading training and business solution projects to be delivered to the customer on time, on budget, and with the correct specifications. The Project Manager is also responsible for operational management of established training and business services.
Essential Functions of the Position
- Lead assigned projects, including but not limited to process optimization, audio / visual support, instructor-led training, training scheduling, and documentation.
- Present to and communicate with stakeholders on project process and outcomes.
- Ensures adherence to the quality management plan for all project deliverables.
- Execute the tasks as defined in the project plan and schedule in order to meet customer deliverables.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports.
- Manage inventory and organization of project-related equipment.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does require direct supervisory responsibilities.
