- Pay Range (Base Pay): Pay range disclosed above.
- Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1 years of service, must have 20 hours/week).
- Health Insurance: Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18 ).
- Retirement Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21 , after 1 years of service, and 1,000 hours/year).
- Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours for each 1 hour worked (after 1 years of service, 35 Hours/week).
