We are seeking an organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to work alongside our Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing operations, graphic design and content creation, and coordinating campaigns and events. A keen eye for design and brand consistency is essential, as you will help ensure that Red Rock Companies’ visual identity and messaging remain cohesive and impactful across all platforms.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design and Content Creation
- Develop engaging graphics and written content for digital and print platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
Campaign and Event Coordination
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project timelines.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies.
Administrative and Organizational Support
- Manage project timelines, team calendars, and other administrative tasks.
- Help track and organize marketing assets, documentation, and creative files.
- Maintain databases of leads, contacts, and related marketing information.
Market and Audience Research
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and target audience behavior.
- Synthesize data to provide insights that guide marketing decisions.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for campaign optimization and audience engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven graphic design skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand-aligned aesthetics.
- Previous experience coordinating marketing campaigns or events is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with relevant marketing tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high brand standards and a keen eye for visual detail.
