Red Rock Ford of Dickinson is looking for a Full Time Parts & Service Cashier/AR Clerk to join our growing operation. We are looking for the right fit to join our office team. Cashier/AR Clerk (Dealership)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Duties:
· Receipts all monies received from customers sales
· Reconciles and deposits service and parts receipts, on a daily basis.
· Files all cash receipt records, check stubs, and bank receipts.
· Prepares deposits.
· Reconciles statements and follows up collections as necessary.
· Prepares accounts receivable statements monthly.
· Processes daily credit card deposits.
· Research and processes chargebacks and returns.
· Follows up on past due accounts for collection.
· Answers accounts receivable phone calls and follows up on inquiries.
· Updates customers' account information.
· Assists with related special projects as required.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in collaborative manner with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and management.
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of accounting or related experience
- Strong computer skills
- Strong mathematic skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
