What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Inspector position at Red Rock Property Management?
Red Rock Property Management is searching for a Property Inspector! We are an extremely fast-growing and employee-focused company with a unique team-oriented atmosphere. As a Property Inspector, you will perform inspections at rental properties in the St. George area. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and can work independently. Gas mileage from property to property is reimbursed if personal vehicle is used, but applicants must be willing to drive their own vehicle.
Responsibilities include:
- Routine detailed inspections checking for cleanliness, damage, lease violations, and wear-and-tear at properties
- Record detailed information regarding the inspections and document in a property management software report
- Prioritize and organize work assignments
- Light cleaning touch-ups as needed
- Written and verbal professional communication required
- Ability to answer phones professionally and navigate calls appropriately
- Proficient on a computer and ability to learn software systems quickly
- Support the Property Management Team as needed

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
