In this role, you’ll work closely with our Vacation Rentals Team to care for our rentals, create efficient systems, and support our contracted vendors. You’ll assist with scheduling, perform quality control inspections, and communicate with the entire team to ensure smooth operations and a fantastic guest and owner experience.

We’re seeking someone with strong organizational, computer, communication, and customer service skills. A critical thinker that works well independently and as a supportive team member. Applicants must be willing to use their own vehicle at times. Gas mileage will be reimbursed for any property-related trips.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist team with any duties or projects that may arise
  • Communicate and help translate with cleaning vendors on a daily basis to ensure timely cleaning appointments are kept
  • Help support inventory management
  • Analyze and update data across multiple platforms
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints along with the team as needed
  • Develop and implement standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Manage and oversee appointments with the provided software used to orchestrate all housekeeping responsibilities
  • Assist in onboarding new Spanish-speaking cleaning companies to ensure they have the proper instruction and understand the cleaning standards
  • Conduct regular training sessions for Spanish-speaking staff to ensure that they are up-to-date on techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, that leads to owner and guest satisfaction

  • Proficiency in typing, computer software, and ideally Google G Suite (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
  • Comfortable working independently at a computer for long periods, as the role is approximately 80% computer-based and 20% in the field.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
