Essential Functions:
- Provides Administrative support to the Credit Union's President/CEO.
- Serves as a trusted resource to the CEO and Board of Directors on organizational initiatives and acts as a confidential and professional representative of organization via different communication channels, meetings, and off-site gatherings all while applying appropriate judgement and maintaining discretion in line with their priorities and objectives.
- Manages projects and initiatives as assigned by the President and CEO including help with drafting, writing, and editing documents, emails, presentations, etc.
- Collaborates with Senior Leadership to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress toward organizational strategic goals and initiatives. Drive alignment around and execution of organization's strategic plan and reviews progress of organizational goals.
- Email Management. Reviewing and organizing inboxes, composes and responds to email requests as necessary and desired by executive leader. Maintains organized filing system; files correspondence and other records
- Calendar management; Schedules appointments ensuring all parties are informed of and kept abreast of schedule awareness; Exercises considerable judgement and discretion in handling requests for appointments and telephone calls.
- Coordinates meetings for the President/CEO including but not limited to preparing and distributing agendas and other meeting materials, reserving, and preparing facilities and transcribing meeting minutes. Attends meetings and other functions as needed.
- Administers meetings; Attend calls and meetings with C-level executive, take notes and complete follow-up.
- Coordinates travel arrangements; completes expense reports and processes invoices; ensures that correct account codes are used and required signatures obtained.
- Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda.
- Serve as Primary Liaison to the Board of Directors. Effectively manages contacts and relationships with Board Members, and board meeting logistics, and acting as a first point of contact for Board Member queries.
- Leads the preparation for Board Meetings, including tracking, monitoring and following the progress of open action items, drafting the agenda, setting the timetable and owners for board material preparation, producing a final draft of the Board Report, and compiling financial and client data for dashboard reports; Prepares monthly Board packets; gathers documents and communicates with management on required reports.
- Provides support to Board Member Committees; captures notes, follow ups and minutes for committee meetings.
- Provides support to the Admin team and performs other duties as assigned.

Experience:
- Five to ten years of similar or related experience.
- 3 years of demonstrated background working with C-level executives.
- Experience working with board members and handling board relations, coordinating board meetings, and composing meeting minutes is required.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office: MS Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
- Required typing skills utilizing Word at or above the 75 percentile in speed and 90th percentile in accuracy
- (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
- Excellent organizational and editing skills; proficient with spreadsheets; shorthand a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- Our required in office days are Tuesday and Thursday, but this is a position in which additional in office days will likely be required due to certain tasks and at the discretion of their manager.
Salary : $62,891 - $69,879
