Essential Functions :
Exhibit enthusiasm in a sales environment
Have a proven record of hitting sales goals and are willing to make cold calls and can go outside the organization to attract members when necessary
Does not pass off members to other departments but handles issues for them as quickly as possible internally, giving members one point of contact
Works with systems and other departments to ensure all new members have appropriate products and services
Can work collaboratively within a team
