What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at RED ROCKS INC?
We are looking for a server to help provide the restaurant with a spectacular dining experience by ensuring guest satisfaction. This is done by providing timely, pleasant, and knowledgable service to our guests. We do this with a positive attitude, clean appearance, knowledge of our products and with the ability to work as a team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serving guests food and drinks with a smile
- Able to carry trays with up to 5 plates
- Knowledgeable of the menu to answer any possible question
- Periodically checking on your guests to ensure satisfaction
- Present bills and processing cash/ credit and debit cards
- Running side work during shift and after shift
- TEAMWORK!
