Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll play a crucial role in evaluating patients/residents, collecting data, observing condition, and reporting changes in condition.
You'll contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
