Position Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of the Accounts Payable, Franchise Accounting and Accounts Receivable team.
• Prepare month-end general ledger journal entries, account reconciliations for various accounts including company level cash accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable and at times assist with payroll journal entries if needed.
• Track and review account reconciliations submitted by other Managers.
• Manage escheatment process and reporting, working closely with accounts payable, treasury, and our third-party reporting vendor.
• Perform RediBill program reconciliation, monitor disbursements and fees, track metrics and manage P&L for the program.
• Manage Oracle Expense module and provide training to users.
• Prepare and deposit checks remotely.
• Track departmental metrics, including creation of dashboard for each functional area.
• Financial Planning and Analysis budget assistance as needed.
• Audit support during interim and annual external audit process.
• Assist with various projects and company initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Must possess a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, analytical skills, organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in shared service environment helpful, emphasis on accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections or payroll beneficial.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
