Position Responsibilities
• Assist FIT team in providing accurate booking/cancellation of FIT requests
• Responsible for handling FIT email inquiries and phone calls.
• Provide accurate documentation.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and always use proper etiquette and language.
• Maintain department performance standards.
• Maintain current awareness of new procedures, memos, and department objectives
• Communicate with management regarding any issues related to customers, equipment, and escalated situations or problems
• Operate all equipment as instructed and for its intended use
• Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Must be detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
• Ability to communicate technical and service job expectations effectively and professionally
• Must be able to work Saturdays and some holidays.
• This position does work from home.
