What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Representative position at Red Roof Inn and Suites?
Responsibilities: HOLIDAYS ARE REQUIRED!
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and changes
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel procedures
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Experience:
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems
Hours and Availability:
7AM - 3PM, 3PM - 11PM, 11PM - 7AM are regular scheduled shifts. We may also use the hours of 10 AM - 6PM, 11AM - 7PM, 12PM - 8PM, 1PM - 9PM. The hours will change with how busy or slow we are at the time. We DO NOT have morning shift open at this time. We offer tickets and discounts to local attractions. Paid time off after 1 year at full time.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
