Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Maintain security and safety protocols throughout the hotel premises.
- Prepare daily revenue reports and assist with financial reconciliations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in training new staff members on night audit procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management, preferably as a night auditor or similar role.
