Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls professionally.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Nights as needed
- Night shift

- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
