Hotel General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in hotel management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and addressing guest concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets and reports.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Build relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community to enhance the hotel's reputation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
