Job Summary
The Head Housekeeper plays a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the establishment. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of hospitality. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks to staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and high performance.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Implement and enforce cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the establishment.
• Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, inventory usage, and maintenance requests.

Skills

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
