Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their stay.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are readily available for guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with their requests.
- Assist in promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A background in hospitality or hospitality management is beneficial but not mandatory.
