Duties

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and train hotel staff to ensure high levels of performance and professionalism.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations during peak periods.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement or new services.
- Prepare reports on hotel performance metrics for ownership or corporate management.
