Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hotels, hospitals, and other hospitality environments. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas.
• Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure optimal cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Follow established housekeeping procedures and protocols to maintain hygiene standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, especially in hotel or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
