Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Hotel Maintenance $16.00/HR FULL TIME! No Sundays! With annual and merit raises to follow.
Great hours! 9AM-5PM Monday thru Friday during winter season (during summer 9-5 every other Saturday).
Must be experienced in plumbing; changing piping, toilets, faucets and waterlines.
Must be experienced in electrical; changing out outlets, switches, breakers, location shorts and replacing light fixtures.
Must be experienced in drywall/painting; patching, using compound, and knockdown texture.
Must be OK with lifting heaving things during the occasional delivery.
Must have reliable transportation on occasion when needed at another property.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour to start. Pay increases with proven ability to perform above task.
