Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality service.
- Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among employees.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Coordinate night audit processes to ensure accurate reporting of daily revenue.
- Utilize phone systems effectively for communication with guests and staff.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
