The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of our facilities. *Duties* - Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform repairs and maintenance tasks - Demonstrate leadership skills when overseeing maintenance projects - Interpret and work with schematics for equipment repairs - Weld and fabricate metal components as needed - Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers - Provide excellent customer service when addressing maintenance issues - Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure a safe environment - Communicate effectively in English with team members and management *Qualifications* - Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred - Proficiency in mechanical knowledge and the ability to maintain equipment - Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes - Skilled in welding and fabrication techniques - Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus - Strong customer service skills for interacting with staff and tenants
