Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Develop and manage the hotel budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Supervise and train hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
- Ensure excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel standards.
- Utilize phone systems effectively for communication with staff and guests.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized service and build lasting relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends to implement best practices in hospitality management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong budgeting skills with experience in financial management.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to our diverse clientele.
- Exceptional guest services skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with guests and staff.
