What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Experience Champion 7AM-3PM Shift position at Red Roof Plus+ & Suites Erie PA?
The position of Guest Experience Champion is responsible for being the point of guest contact from 7A-3P, ensuring Brand scores are met and exceeded in regard to guest satisfaction in reviews and brand surveys, answering guest questions, properly resolving guest complaints, answering phones, filing paperwork, taking guest reservations, and checking hotel guests in and out of their rooms. You will liasion with the housekeeping team and management team to go above and beyond in ensuring positive guest experiences, keeping company and group accounts in good standing, preparing invoices, and handling basic front desk duties.
You will be responsible for ensuring that every single guest has a favorable experience at the hotel. A few of the main duties of a front desk agent are greeting guests at the front desk, answering any questions, recommending activities and restaurants to guests, and answering any phone calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
