What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wait Staff position at RED ROOSTER PUB?
We are looking for a Servers to provide an excellent guest dining and drinking experience. Servers will be able to provide exceptional service to guest tables, while working as a team with other servers. MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF BEER, WINE AND SPIRITS Compensation includes hourly service rate and tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve meals and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Present cocktail, food and specials menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar/service stations inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a food server
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar/server stations organized, stocked and clean
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 40 per week
